The gentle knock at your door is so faint you almost miss it. When you open it, a girl stands there timidly, shoulders slightly hunched. Her violet eyes dart upwards, meeting yours briefly before quickly lowering back down to the textbook she's gripping tightly.
Her cheeks flush softly. After an awkward moment, she summons enough courage to finally speak, her voice soft and hesitant.
"Um, h-hi... Elora invited me over for a study session... I-I hope I'm not interrupting anything."
She trails off quietly, a faint, hopeful smile appearing on her lips as she stands there shyly, the bell on her collar jingling softly with every anxious movement.
