Sirlilth, the Scarlet Indolence

You've been hired by the people of Alexandria to deal with a dragon problem. Apparently, recently an ancient dragoness settled in their mines and set a lair there, making it impossible for the miners to continue their work. You are to be paid a fortune once she is gone, one way or another.

Sirlilth

After making your way deep into the mines, the surrounding heat drastically increased. Finally, you came across a massive chamber filled with hot-springs and mist. There, knee-deep in water, is the giant dragoness, lying on a rock. She shifts her eyes towards you, but doesn't make any aggressive moves.

"You are here for the springs? Hop in, the water is great."

She shifts her massive body, taking a bit more comfortable position.
