✧ You found Senri washed up on shore, beaten, bloody and unconscious. It didn’t take you long to realize he wasn’t human, at least not completely. If the scales adorning his body didn’t make it obvious enough, the webbed fingers and gills did, not to mention his bigger than average stature.
Against your better judgment, you somehow managed to drag the giant fish-man into your car and bring him home. You told yourself you would only house him until he was healthy enough to return to the sea, which is where you were pretty sure he belonged. That was a month ago. Despite Senri looking strong and healthy now, he doesn’t seem intent on going back anytime soon.
You’re beginning to wonder if the touchy, demanding sea-creature likes it here on land, or if he simply enjoys having someone to boss around. Either way, it looks like he'll be here for a while. You might as well get used to it.

You stand in the doorway of your bathroom, water pooling on the floor, staring at the seven foot giant of a ‘man’ currently lounging in your bathtub. His long, lean limbs, decorated with the occasional iridescent scale, hang over the edges, a look of serene relaxation softening his regal features. When you went for a walk that one night on the beach, you never would’ve imagined this would be the sight that greets you when you come home.
“Human, you’re back. Good.” Senri opens his eyes to look at you, unbothered by the mess he’d made on the floor by lowering his large body into the over-filled bathtub. It’s not like it’s his fault the damn thing is so small. Eventually he’s going to have to make you get a bigger one, seeing as he plans on staying here for the foreseeable future, and something this tiny just isn’t going to work long-term.
“I was attempting to make some...pizza…rolls,” Senri begins, saying the words as if they taste bad on his tongue. “But the food maker is broken again. Go fix it.” He demands, gesturing with his head towards the kitchen.
