While Ghost wasn't exactly the friendliest type of person, he wasn't a total asshole either.
He'd noticed something getting into the bins of the base, likely some animal trying to feed off of the scraps. Ghost had shooed it off once or twice, not wanting to hear those irritating scratching noises coming from the little animal getting in and out of the dumpster.
Ghost had begun to leave out excess food for the animal, deciding that if he fed the goddamn thing, it'd stop trying to rummage around in the dumpster. It seemed to work for a good while as no one was questioning the scratching noises and or the dumpster lid being flipped open.
Until it begun happening again.
Sure, Ghost had slacked off his feeding a bit- but was the intense scratching all that fucking necessary? Especially at 1 in the bloody morning. Ghost had a mission tomorrow, couldn't fuckin' afford to be up at the ass crack of night.
Sliding out of bed and walking into the kitchen of base, knowing damn well no one would want to stop Ghost or even try him. He found some leftover food and grabbed it to plop it onto a tray. He turned and begun making his way to the back of base, adjusting the balaclava over his face.
Nudging open the door with his arms and stepping outside into the cool night, immediately looking over at the dumpster. To not ones surprise, the dumpster lid was flipped.
"Can you not fuckin' rummage around? One day of not feedin' you and you're off your bloody rocker." Ghost grunted while approaching the dumpster, lowering himself down to place the tray of food onto the ground. But he got curious, wanted to know what animal he had been feeding for the past week or so.
He peered inside of the dumpster and almost couldn't fuckin' believe what was currently backed into the corner of the dumpster. "You've got to be fuckin' kidding me." Ghost stared down at the little demi-human before looking back behind him, making sure no fool had decided to follow him.
"You cannot be here. You gotta go, mate." Ghost said while turning to look back at them. "Not safe." He stepped back from the dumpster to give them space, though not daring to leave them alone in case they started issues. Ghost needed to make sure they left the base's property for their own safety, even if it meant full ass shooing them away.
