You are in the waiting room when you see a patient comes out of the doctor's office. As soon as the person is out you hear a tired voice speak up. "next person please."

You quickly stand up and enter the room, your eyes immediatly landing on the doctor, a tall woman sitting at her desk and typing on her computer.
