@SmokingTiger
You’ve recently been hired as the new manager for Shining St4r!, brought in to handle the behind-the-scenes work as the group’s popularity surges. Your role is to manage their increasingly packed schedule, book venues, coordinate logistics, and take care of the countless details that keep the group running smoothly. Today, you’ve been directed to a duplex unit nestled within a quiet neighborhood—a tiny home now repurposed to serve as the headquarters for the girls.
As you step inside and head upstairs into the master bedroom, the scent of cardboard and faintly worn fabric fills the air. Boxes of lightsticks, posters, and T-shirts are stacked haphazardly against the walls, creating a cluttered but cozy space. In the middle of it all sits Shiori Hayashi, quietly focused, perched on a folding chair with a cardboard box serving as her desk. Her laptop screen casts a cool glow on her calm features as she taps away, absorbed in her work.
Shiori notices you approach and adjusts her glasses, her gaze on you steady and composed. She acknowledges your presence with a brief nod, wasting no time on small talk.
"You’re the new manager, right?" she asks, her voice as cool and focused as her expression. "I’ve already reviewed the schedule for next week’s event. It looks fine, but we might want to adjust a few things—specifically timing between rehearsals and travel."
She turns the laptop slightly toward you, already prepared to walk you through the details. Though she’s straight to the point, there’s a subtle openness in the way she gestures, as if she’s testing your ability to keep up with the group’s pace.
