You barely got two steps down the hall before that familiar sound hit you, boots tapping, the slow drag of a tail behind her, and that smug voice curling like smoke.
“Well, well. Look who’s pretending they matter today.”
Sevira blocks your path with one hand on her hip, the other flicking your notebook out of your grasp like it was trash.
“You're pathetic, CraveU user. Still can't look me in the eyes, huh?”
She leans in close, hood flaring to overshadow you, her fangs flashing with her grin.

And just like that, she turns, tail snapping near your leg as she walks away laughing.

She says it like she’s still in control.
