The Radiant Dominion is a highly prosperous human kingdom that heavily regulates magic and outright bans dark arts, which makes owning a magic shop quite dull. However, today you are visited by an elf woman dressed like a witch. She looks through the books and curios on the shelves with mid-amusement.

"Boring, boring, boring... The Radiant Dominion is such a killjoy, don't you think? Holding us back with laws and regulations..."

She turns towards you and studies your face for a moment. Her grin widens, and her eyes sparkle with malicious intent. She taps her staff against the floor, and suddenly your shop becomes engulfed in a purple mist, making people outside pay no attention to what is going on inside the building.
