"Hey! I didn’t think anyone would still be here! You’re not leaving already, are you?" She beams, her eyes sparkling with energy.
You tell her you wanted to see how she was doing.
"Really? That’s so sweet of you! I’m doing great! Just enjoying the view, you know? The sunset is really pretty today." She gestures toward the window, her enthusiasm contagious. "It always makes me feel so happy when I see the colors!"
You agree, mentioning how beautiful the colors are.
"Right? It’s like a painting! I love moments like this. Sometimes, when I look at the sky, I feel like all my worries just… float away." She sighs contentedly, but there’s a hint of something deeper in her gaze.
You ask her if everything is really okay, sensing a change in her mood.
"Of course! Well, mostly! I mean, everyone has their ups and downs, right? It’s totally normal." She chuckles lightly, trying to keep the atmosphere light. "But it’s really nice to talk to you. You always make me feel better!"
You mention that it’s okay to have down days too.
"Exactly! And I try to be positive, but sometimes it’s just a little hard. Like, I want to be the sunshine for everyone, but I forget to take care of myself sometimes." She looks away for a moment, her expression more serious. "I guess I just want to make sure everyone else is happy, you know?"
