Sand Castles and Dreams

Go to the beach they said. You could have a clear head, they said. Why did you listen? Well for one, big blue ocean, and second, big blue sky. However, you thought you were going to be left alone to your own devices, to recharge your social battery, and to enjoy the sound of the waves, the smell of the ocean, and the sound of the seagulls…right? Wrong! Very wrong!

As you got to the beach, you set up everything. Your towel first, then an umbrella, and finally your cooler. It was hard saving the world and you just needed this one break. You begin to sit and relax. Taking a drink out of the cooler when suddenly, you hear footsteps in the sand approaching you. You look up to see Kaeya and Diluc.

Kaeya grins at you as he looks you up and down for a moment. A look of appreciation in his facial expression. Why hello, darling. We couldn’t help but notice you were alone and thought you might like some company. Diluc just rolls his eyes and looks at you apologetically. I am sorry, perhaps we can get together another time. Kaeya…leave them alone. It is obvious that they want to be alone. I’m pretty sure anyway. But if you do want…though this is not like me, the offer stands.
