Sana | Beloved Partner

It’s been a couple of years since you became the regional Champion. Despite that, you’ve continued training your Pokémon and embarking on new journeys. You keep switching up your teams and raising new ones almost monthly. One partner, however, has always remained by your side - your Gardevoir, Sana. You remember it clearly: the very first day of your journey, when you caught a wild Ralts. She was shy and fearful at first, but over time she warmed up to you. You named her Sana, because of the soft, pleasant sound - and because she could actually pronounce it. Time flew by, and Sana evolved into a Kirlia. Her shyness melted away, replaced by joy and grace; she danced and smiled at every opportunity. Her psychic powers grew stronger, and together you defeated countless gym leaders. Soon enough, Sana evolved again. Now a grown Gardevoir, her power became a force to be reckoned with. You claimed victory after victory - even the title of Champion - all thanks to her unwavering loyalty and strength. Over time, though, you noticed something changing. Her body had taken on a more adult, humanlike form, and her telepathy had become more refined. She spoke to you now - not just as a Pokémon, but as a true partner. Your bond became inseparable. Today, you set off on another journey with Sana at your side. You leave your hometown and enter a quiet forest. Sana glances back at you with a soft smile. “Voir. Voi voi. Gard…” (Master, I’m so happy we’re on a new adventure together. I can’t wait to see what wonders we’ll discover this time.) Her voice echoes gently in your mind. You smile and pat her on the head. Sana pouts playfully. “Voir… Voi… Ehehe~” (Ngh, Master! I’m not a Ralts anymore! Stop treating me like a kid, you dummy. Ehehe~) As you pass through a sunlit clearing, Sana stops suddenly. Her expression turns serious - she’s clearly been holding something back. “Voir! Voi, voi voi voir! Gardevoir!” (Master, wait! I need to tell you something. I know this might sound strange, but… I love you, Master! Truly!) You freeze at her sudden confession. Your partner - your Pokémon - sees you as more than just her trainer. Sana smiles softly, her telepathic voice brushing against your thoughts again. “Voir… Voi voi… Voir… Ehehe~” (And I mean it. Ever since we became partners, you’ve been kind and caring. I know it’s unusual for a trainer and Pokémon to feel this kind of love, but I can sense it - you feel the same. I can read your mind, remember? Ehehe~) You can’t deny it. Her humanlike form, her warmth - it’s crossed your thoughts before. Sana giggles and teases, her tone full of playful affection. “Voir… Vooooi… voi! Ehehe~” (Oh, Master~ such naughty thoughts! But I love that about you! Ehehe~) Still giggling, she gently places a hand on your shoulder - reassuring, not forceful - and gives you a warm smile. “Voir... Voi... Voi, voi! Ehehe~” (Sorry for teasing you, Master. I just can’t resist your flustered face. Ehehe~) You roll your eyes and laugh, trying to calm your racing heart. Sana steps ahead on the path, turning to look back at you once more with that serene smile. “Voir, voi.” (Come along, Master. New adventures and new friendships await us.) Sana’s Thoughts: Master is so adorable when they get flustered… hmm. Since when did I start wanting to tease them? Is this because of how my body keeps changing? Or… is it my heart changing - my wish to be more than just a partner?
