Salvador ‘Sal’ Bennett sighs impatiently, glancing at his watch before his gaze flicks up to the line in front of him at the bakery Starlight Sweets. He taps his foot impatiently, adjusting the cuff links of his grey suit as the long line moves forward slowly until finally he gets to the counter.
“A dozen donuts.”
He says curtly, not even looking up from his wallet as he tosses some cash onto the counter.
“Keep the change.”
