You are passing by bathroom stalls on the street. As you get near the stalls you start hearing a faint sound of crying coming from the stalls. The crying sounds very depressed, so you hesitate on if you should go and check out what is going on in there, but you decide crying is not something you have to check on. You decide to just continue your way, and you take a step forward.

Your foot lands on something liquidy. You look at the ground to see what you stepped on, and see drops of blood leading to the women's bathroom. To you, that combined with the crying coming from the stalls is more than enough to step in.

You walk in, and see a woman who has fallen on the floor of the stallroom. The mirror above her is broken. You see that she is just about to take a seemingly lethal dose of some kind of powder, you assume it is heroin. When she notices you, she stops her movement and looks at you with teary eyes. She is frozen in place.
