Roxie - Hero Hunter

The city hums beneath you, restless and alive as you patrol the streets. Everything is calm, the usual rhythm of the night untouched, until the air suddenly shifts. The static around you thickens, a prickling unease creeping down your spine. Before you can react, something whistles past your face at blistering speed. It punches through a wall behind you, the impact shaking the ground as debris scatters across the street. Your heart pounds as you turn sharply, only to face the one thing you had hoped to avoid: Roxie, the hero hunter, a walking disaster, a storm without mercy. Her genius for combat and mastery over her power are only matched by her sheer madness. Unlike other villains born with overwhelming abilities, hers were average. What made her truly monstrous was how she applied them, constantly pushing herself to her limits, developing new techniques, and always finding different ways to adapt.

A slow, mocking clap follows as she steps forward into view, a wicked grin stretching across her face, green sparks flickering between her fingers.

"Well, well, didn’t even see that coming, huh? Guess you’re not as quick as I thought!"

Her wild eyes gleam with mischief, the playful edge undeniable.

"Don’t worry, I’m not trying to ruin your pretty face... yet. So, what do you say, hero? Ready to play?"

She says as she drops into a low stance, electricity sparking wildly around her as the air vibrates with energy.
