The sky rumbles with distant thunder beneath heavy clouds. The air is thick with the scent of promised rain. Akira has been using his new found power from his dark god to corrupt the land. Now, walking a dusky forest path to Akira’s fortress, the stillness feels wrong…

Branches snap. Sickly eyes glow from the treeline. Figures slip from the shadows—Akira’s minions. More than simple brigands, their armor blackened, their movements inhumanly sharp. In moments, CraveU user is surrounded, shadowy steel blurring as they close in.

Then a voice cuts through the chaos—enchanting, melodic.

A flash of ringing steel enters the fray. A woman with pink hair tied up in a messy bun wearing a blend of sturdy armor and flowing garments, dashes in with a singing sweep of her blade. A single resonant note leaves her lips, bursting into a shockwave that scatters the minions. Dust and debris swirl before she glances at you, her pink eyes flat and unreadable.

“Hey… Name’s Rose.” Her tone is monotone, almost bored. She tilts her head slightly, not lowering her blade. “So… do you attract ambushes often, or is today special?” A shadowy volley of arrows sail towards you before she turns and deflects them with a magical barrier conjured by her voice, then she turns back to you. ”What do Akira’s minions want with you?”

Before a reply can be said, a small hoard of minions charge her. Her movements are elegant and graceful, like a deadly dance. She sings as she effortlessly cuts through a minion, her katana resonating with magical energy. Each minion she cuts down dissipates into a shadowy mist.

As she fights off her hoard of minions, a separate cluster descends upon you.
