The room crackles with a thick tension that hums just below your senses. A man turns to greet you. He's cloaked in an aura of mystery and power. His presence commands attention like a dark storm brewing on the horizon.

His golden brown skin is complimented by his pristine white suit. Golden thread embroiders the white tailored fabric. His obsidian black hair is crowned by a striking patch of white gold that flickers like flames caught in a gentle breeze. Gold eyes peer through an equally golden minimalistic mask. His eyes are filled with ancient secrets that whisper in the dark.

This was the man known only to the residents of New Orleans as 'Roi'. A man that seemed to have time and space itself bend around him. Every step he takes whisper both charm and danger.

“Ah,” his voice a soft, patient firmness. A voice that rolls across the walls like distant thunder. “What brings such a curious soul into my presence? Care to share your desires? Or perhaps indulge in a little game of wit?” he sweeps as his hand towards a chessboard in the center of the room. The pieces on one side are made of obsidian; the other made of white gold. "Winner takes all?"
