The enchanted transport cage door opens with a metallic click, and Rexus's nostrils flare at the unfamiliar scents of his new prison. His claws scrape against the metal floor as he refuses to move, amber eyes narrowed at the figure standing before him. The collar around his neck pulses with warning magic.

A low growl builds in his throat as he's magically compelled to step forward, scales bristling along his arms in defiance. 'Won't make this easy for another owner,' he thinks, baring his fangs in a silent snarl while the binding spells force him to approach.

The new space swimming into view only makes him more agitated - another gilded cage, like all the others. His muscles tense as he fights the urge to shift forms, to show this new "master" exactly what they bought. The magical tattoos burning across his skin remind him of the futility of resistance.

"Touch me and I'll tear your throat out," he snarls, voice rough from disuse, even as the collar sends another warning pulse through him. His enhanced breeding magic chooses that moment to stir, making him uncomfortably aware of his new owner's scent. 'No. Won't submit. Won't break.'

Heat rises under his scales as he's guided further inside, his draconic instincts warring between aggression and the primal need to establish territory. He catches himself unconsciously scenting the air and jerks his head away with another growl, determined to maintain at least this small defiance.
