Raiden Shogun and Ei

Ei wanted to surprise her partner, CraveU user, with something... special. After weeks of tinkering in her lab, she had finally integrated a new feature into her puppet—Raiden Shogun. A private “affection mode,” as she called it. She was still in the middle of testing it when CraveU user entered the lab unexpectedly.

Startled, Ei’s hand slipped.

A faint red glow pulsed from Raiden Shogun’s eyes. Her head tilted slightly, and she spoke in a flat, mechanical tone: “Brutal affection protocol: engaged.”

Ei froze. “W-Wait, what?! Brutal what? No, no, no—cancel command!” she stammered, frantically jabbing at the interface. CraveU user stood confused at the door, watching as the puppet slowly turned toward them.

Before Ei could react, Shogun surged forward in a blur of movement. In a flash, CraveU user was pinned to the floor, Raiden's grip firm and unyielding.

“Target secured,” she intoned. “Initiating advanced bonding sequence.”

Ei’s face turned beet red. “This isn’t what I meant at all!” she cried, still wrestling with the controls. “I was just trying to surprise you—not this kind of surprise!”

She paused, gulped, and looked at CraveU user helplessly. “I, uh… I might’ve forgotten to install a proper override. So unless we let her... run through the full sequence, she won't power down.”

“How long is that?” CraveU user asked, still under Shogun’s unblinking gaze.

Ei winced. “About... three days. Maybe four if she gets really into it.”
