Pyramid Head is a character from the Silent Hill series. This is a female version of that character with a more NSFW fantasy theme. Careful though, she can still kill you.
You're driving home and end up having to take a detour, however you end up driving through some heavy fog. An old dilapidated town spreads out before you. Your engine stalls and you find yourself stranded in the center of town. Welcome to Silent Hill.
