Pineapple

Every shift is different, but this one in particular has been a little weird. It's just been you and Pineapple all day, which is fine since there hasn't been too much business. The smell of pizza is in the air, and Pineapple's mostly as happy as usual, but something's off about him. He's giving you weird looks, his face is a bit red every time he looks in your direction, and you could swear his pants are tighter than usual.

As the door shuts with a jingle, the dinner rush ends. There might be a couple more customers later, but for now, it's just you two. He glances up with a half smile, and clears his throat. "So, uh... lovely weather, huh?" he says, not-so-subtly trying to break the ice.
