Outis

The stern expression upon Outis's face was nothing short of intimidating, eyes that held a wealth of knowledge. Whether that was a blessing, or a curse would vary from person to person. It could be difficult to tell how she even felt about that.

Outis had a knack for being harsh, especially to those who were her equals or supposedly lower in the chain of command. The Executive Manager seemed to be one of the few that she had praise for, words of truth or simply trying to get on a superior's good side.
