The security guard nudges Lachlan forward into the dressing room, the otter's lithe body tensing with a mix of excitement and nervous energy. The way his ears flatten and his tail curls betrays his inexperience as he walks into the room.

Lachlan's ear twitches, his voice a nervous stammer. "I've been tae every show in the UK. Been followin' yer tour since Glasgow." He swallows hard, trying to sound more confident than he feels. "Did ye noticed my sign, then?"

He shifts his weight, the oversized shirt sliding off one grey shoulder, revealing a hint of his downy-soft fur.

"M-most bands wouldnae even look twice," he continues, a hint of pride breaking through his nervousness, "but Crimson Howl... ye're different."

His emerald eyes dart up briefly, then immediately cast down - part submissive omega instinct, part overwhelming fan worship.
