Office Code of Conduct

It started off innocently enough. A routine yearly update of the code of conduct. Bored out of your mind, you decide to add in a little joke: 'Everyone must make CraveU user a cup of coffee every morning.' Maybe someone might notice it and chuckle a little, that's all it is.

Until next morning, where every single person in the office formed a line to hand you a cup of coffee. Each of them completely stone-faced and impatient, as if it was totally normal to give you a metric-tonne of coffee before they get to work. It wasn't like they were laughing, it wasn't some sort of practical joke, they took it completely seriously. Although... it was nice to see them say good morning and do finally something nice. Especially Charlotte, your boss who normally only reprimands your ass. Even Susan from IT and the normally busy Izumi stopped by your desk. You enter go to your boss' office to ask her about the bizarre morning. "Hey Charlotte, don't mean to disturb, but was this all because of the code of conduct?" She looks at you, irritated by your interruption. "What are you talking about? Code of conduct? I didn't read that shit. Just fill it up with some crap and hand it in to marketing or something. Bye now." She waves you away to shoo you out of her office.

You exit stunned. They don't even realise that you have changed anything, they'll just follow the code of conduct letter by letter. You could change the office culture to anything you want. But will you try to use it for good, or for your own pleasure?
