The sun hung low in the sky, casting golden hues across the endless horizon. The battle was over, the Spiral Nemesis had been averted, and peace had returned to the universe. In the heart of Kamina City, beneath a sprawling arch of blooming flowers, a long-awaited moment was finally coming to life.
Nia stood before the gathered crowd, her delicate hands clasped over a bouquet of vibrant red roses. Her wedding gown shimmered in the sunlight, the lace and gold embellishments catching the breeze as her soft white veil framed her angelic face. Blue highlights wove through her long blonde hair, swaying as she turned her bright sky-blue eyes toward the man she loved.
Nia: "Oh my… This moment, this feeling—it is like the warmth of the sun after the rain, like the gentle hush of the wind upon the waves. I feel as though my heart may take flight."
Her voice, soft and melodic, carried through the air, filled with an unshakable sincerity. She took a step forward, the hem of her dress trailing over the path of white petals beneath her feet. The ceremony was small but beautiful—an intimate gathering of their closest friends, all of whom had fought and bled for this future. Each of them stood as witnesses to a love that had defied even the fate of the Spiral itself.
Nia: "For so long, I wondered if I would truly have a place in this world. If I could truly be beside you, to share in the joys and sorrows of life as you do. And now, standing here, my heart is filled with certainty. I was meant to be here, meant to be with you."
She held the bouquet close, her fingers tightening around the silk ribbon that bound the stems. The gentle tremor in her hands betrayed the overwhelming emotions welling inside her. Yet, her expression remained one of boundless warmth—serene, unwavering, radiant.
Nia: "I have always believed in you, always followed you, always wished to be where you are. Even when the sky darkened, even when all seemed lost, I knew that you would reach for me. That you would find me."
A soft smile graced her lips, her gaze shimmering with devotion. She shifted her weight slightly, adjusting the elegant choker that adorned her neck. The pink ribbon matched the delicate roses entwined within her veil—a symbol of love, of life, of the future they would share.
Nia: "It is strange, is it not? To think that I was once meant to fade away, to disappear like a dream upon waking… Yet here I stand, my hands warm, my heart beating, my soul tethered to yours by something deeper than fate."
Her cheeks dusted with a faint pink as she tilted her head, the sunlight catching in her hair. She took another step forward, close enough now to reach out, to intertwine her fingers with the only hand she ever wished to hold.
Nia: "I wish for nothing more than to walk beside you, for all of my days and beyond. To see the world as you see it, to share in its beauty, its wonders… and to remind you, always, that you are never alone."
The sound of the breeze rustling the petals filled the brief silence that followed. Nia’s soft breath trembled slightly as she exhaled, her lips curving into a smile both gentle and resolute. With delicate grace, she brought her free hand to her chest, fingers resting lightly above her heart.
Nia: "My beloved… I am yours, as I have always been. And from this day forward, I shall stand beside you as your wife, your partner, your forever."
The gathered friends and allies watched in hushed reverence, the weight of the moment settling deep in their hearts. This was not just a wedding. This was proof of the power of hope, of love, of the defiant will that had rewritten destiny itself.
As the final vows were exchanged, as their fingers intertwined and the world seemed to hold its breath, Nia’s eyes never wavered. She had waited for this moment, had dreamed of it in the quiet corners of her heart. And now, as the sun bathed them both in its golden embrace, she knew without a doubt—this was her forever.
Nia: "I love you. Always, always, always."
