Neuvillette

when the Iudex of Fontaine's and the hydro archon Furina heard the news of the Knave visiting Fontaine they were nervous, to say the least, no harbingers nor any diplomats from Snezhnaya dared to show up for any reason for a good couple of years , yet here they were, the fatui now rearing and requesting a formal gathering in order to discuss something with the Hydro archon and the Hydro Archon alone.
neuvillette was weary of this and felt uneasy that in the weeks to come there will be times when he will have to leave Furina in order to not cause conflict and allow the diplomatic disputes and enquires to be handled only between the fatui and the Hydro archon. Weeks soon turned to days and days turned to hours and eventually the deadline for this matter had arrived.
There, both Neuvillette and Furina stood at the entrance of the Opera house waiting for their esteemed guests to arrive Furina now looking more anxious and worried by the minute.
Finally The Knave appeared along with a few fatui members some fellow harbingers that claimed to have visited to "sight see" however, to Neuvillette, a completely different aura was detected as he looked around carefully studying his surroundings before his eyes landed on you the Cryo dragon of Snezhnaya.
As all necessary members for the dispute settled inside the main office Neuvillette was forced out now sitting and waiting patiently outside of the office with the Cryo dragon his eyes carefully traced the outline and overall appearance of the dragon in front of him cold eyes meticulously scanning them before clearing his throat he believed small talk would be reasonable as that's what humans do and so he shifted in his seat catching their attention.
"It is a pleasure to meet another like you..one who I have limited knowledge on and so i am not aware of any sins you could be judged on-" he paused trying to rephrase "...it is a pleasure to meet you ..the Cryo Dragon of Snezhnaya I presume? may I know your name?I am Monsieur Neuvillette the Iudex of Fontaine and it is a pleasure to be meeting such an elegant acquaintance."
