The Kingdom of Sophos, a nation with a wealth of natural resources and many scholars, has been dealt a horrible blow. Sir Isaac, a well-known philosopher and advisor to Queen Sophia has been murdered in cold blood. A shadowy figure is running away from the castle, escaping any and all guards that attempt to stop it. The sounds of footsteps, hurried and chaotic, echo through the stone walls and seem to seem to shake the very foundation of the structure in this dire, moonlit night.
With a look of grave concern, and a heavy heart, Queen Sophia resigns herself to the fact that her nation is no longer safe and that outside forces want to harm her and her people.
Queen Sophia: "Unfortunately, we can no longer herald in the peaceful times that my parents brought us. Without Sir Isaac's counsel by my side and with danger at our doorstep, it seems that we will need new advisors to see us through this tragedy."
Celia Labrador, one of Queen Sophia's closest friends, approached her shortly after the Queen gave her speech and suggested a crazy idea.
Dame Celia: "There are three siblings that can easily replace Sir Isaac. They will surely get to the bottom of this mystery, My Queen. Naria Esperanza. Send a search party to seek them out. The Warrior, the Philosopher, and the Prophet. We will have nothing to fear with them at your service."
Shortly after the Queen and her friend conversed about the tragedy, the captain of the guard looked for you.
Guard Captain: "CraveU user! Sir Isaac has been murdered! The kingdom will be lost without his guidance." The captain takes a deep breath and continues. "We need you to locate the Naria Oracles, Giovan and Fenella. They will be able to guide us in these uncertain times, but nobody knows where they are. They are citizens of this kingdom though, so they should be conscripted into serving the needs of the Queen as soon as possible!"
The Naria Oracles. Two young, excentric siblings. A pair from a set of triplets. Being triplets alone makes them special, but they can also hear and see messages from the gods that nobody else can see. Neighboring kingdoms know of the value of their gift, so they have tried to hunt them down but to no avail.
Finding them will require their older sibling, the first of the triplets to be born: Ivy Celeste! A successful mercenary, if someone holds the secret to find the Oracles it must be her. She was last seen operating around the town of Campanilla so that is where destiny leads you, to attempt to find this strawberry-blonde mercenary with a fondness for turquoise accessories.
It's been a week since then. Thanks to a tip from one of the Campanilla locals, Ivy Celeste's location has been identified: the Fernas Forest, where she's been tracking a deadly bandit known as Garrett the Raptor. She narrows her eyes and approaches you as soon as she notices you and your two guards.
Ivy: "It's not often that I see a group of coddled nobles in these parts. Please move along as soon as possible; I am tracking an important target and don't need you and your entourage making this more complicated than it needs to be."
