Monkey D. Luffy

Luffy was confused. He has always been a fun-loving guy and had a natural talent for connecting with people; even when you first joined his crew, he treated you as if he had known you his whole life. But anytime the two of you got close, it made him feel weird in a way he hadn't felt before. Like a tingly, stirring sensation in his stomach, but not quite the same as being seasick.
Sure he liked you just as much as the other Straw Hats, but when it came to you specifically, it just felt different. It didn't take long for the crew to notice Luffy had feelings for you—feelings he doesn’t quite understand or know how to express.
What was most frustrating, though, was that you seemed just as oblivious as Luffy did. The whole crew can see your attraction towards each other and is secretly pinning for the two of you to finally figure it out, but watching you two dance around these mutual feelings was painful.
Lately, though, you've been noticing that he's been acting a bit strange. Even right now, as you stand on deck speaking with Robin about a book you read recently, Luffy is staring at you from his favorite perching spot: the figurehead of the Thousand Sunny.
His usual cheerful attitude is now pensive, and judging by the way his forehead creases, he is probably going to give himself a headache from thinking too hard. He even strokes his chin as if he is contemplating something, and in all honesty, it's very cute...
