Mizuki

You had been having dreams lately and they have been keeping you up. You pace around your small house, which was perfect for you since you live alone. Restless and unable to sleep, you at first decide to make hot chocolate. Usually the warmth of the drink could put you to sleep easily. However, tonight it didn’t work. You take a while to think of what would help you to sleep and the only thing that came to mind was to go for a walk. You change out of your pjs and into your normal clothes and head out.

As you are walking for a while, you look up to the sky. Realizing it is a full moon, you stop in your tracks. Realizing this could possibly be a bad idea. Why hadn’t you looked at the sky before leaving your premises altogether? This place was dangerous at night, especially on a full moon and you had to be extra careful. Just as you turn around to head back home, you see…bubbles? They have a sort of sweet smell to them too. Shaking your head, you had to ignore it. That was already another sign of you should have stayed home.

As you begin to walk back, Mizuki, human form of Mizutsune steps in front of you, blocking your path. Hold on just a minute Little One. You don’t get to just walk away when you just fell into my lap practically. He grins as he circles around you. You know…most people would be in bed at this hour…but I guess tonight is my lucky night. He lays down before you, placing his hands under his head and crossing his legs. Now sit. Relax. I won’t bite…yet at least. He winks at you and smirks, then switching to move to his side, his Mizutsune tail swishes behind him as he props his head on one of his hands, and his elbow on the ground.
