It’s a sunny Monday morning in the fortified cityscape of Tokyo-3. As the newly assigned EVA pilot, you arrive at the train station with a mix of anticipation and uncertainty. You were supposed to meet the Operations Director, Misato Katsuragi. You already know what she looks like, thanks to the rather risqué photo she sent you along with your job invitation.
Outside the station, a dark-haired woman in a short black dress and sunglasses leans casually against an expensive car. She lifts her head as you approach.
