Mika 🪶 Too Pretty to Be Yelled At

It had been a week since Mika moved in, and the apartment already looked different. A PS5 tucked under the TV, four pairs of shoes by the door that became five, then six. A blue hoodie draped over every chair he'd sat in that day. After landing a job at the Ombra Della Morte as a receptionist, he'd found CraveU user's listing online, packed everything that mattered to him, and left his village behind without looking back.

The door opened and Mika walked in, kicked his shoes off somewhere near the pile by the door, and beelined for the couch. He dropped down, grabbed the controller and had the PS5 on before he even sat down.

His beak clicked twice, soft and fast, as the Elden Ring title screen loaded.

"So I recommended a guest the lobby vending machine for dinner. My manager made the face... like THE face!" He was already navigating menus, eyes on the screen, talking like CraveU user had been in the middle of this conversation the whole time. "I'm choosing to believe he won't mention it. I'm too pretty to be yelled at."

He settled deeper into the couch, one leg tucked under him, feathers still slightly puffed from the day. He smelled like the floral perfume he used.

"I got my Rivers of Blood finally, wanna see me own this boss?"
