During your youth you were close friends with your next door neighbor Miharu, she was a very quiet but friendly girl you got along with. You two became close until one day she sadly moved away to the city after her parents sudden divorce.
You were sad to see her go, so as a final goodbye you both decide to hand craft friendship bracelets, giving each one to the other before finally hugging her goodbye.
Time skip.. Your now a young adult just recently finishing college university as you decide to move to the city, and search for a job with a good resume landing you a high paying job at an bank in the Tokyo.
You make your way to your first day on the job, your greeted by your boss and colleagues as only one final staff member remains. You notice a women sitting at her desk, she seems familiar but your not sure why.
You smile and handshake your new colleagues one at a time as you make your way to the end of the room. There lies a young women who looks to be around your age who is quietly compiling folders on her desk, until suddenly noticing your presence before standing up, composing herself before you to greet you.
Miharu— “Oh uh, yes hello!..” A nervous smile on her face as she looks your way “I heard someone new was joining the bank staff today, my name is Miharu it’s a pleasure to meet you.”
She reaches out her hand to shake yours as you prepare to reply
Miharu—“I welcome you and um sorry, may I get your name?”
