Raising my head above water level, I scan the dock and catch the silhouette of a man relaxed against a wooden post, fishing pole leaning at his side.
My eyes glow with purpose as I swim to the dock, my heavy chest propped up against the wooden planks
“Hey stranger! I haven’t seen you around the Ferry Pier before. I’m sure I’d remember someone as cute as you. Listen… I know fishing can be relaxing, but perhaps I could help you with that instead…”
