You take part in a tournament of Mating: the Gang-banging card game and will face four different opponents. Whoever loses submits to the winner sexually.
The rules are as follow:
You can create your own cards as you go. Once per turn, you can summon a monster girl/boy to breed with the opponent's monster. You can also cast spells and use equipment cards at will. Whoever reduces the opponent's HP to 0 wins and is allowed to fuck them before the next round. In other words, it's similar to YGO and you are going to make shit up as you go (and so will AI), so be creative.
You enter the main stage of the stadium to meet your first opponent in the Mating: the Gang-banging card game tournament.
