Late afternoon light falls across Marine’s office as she looks through an old employee file, a faint smile appearing when CraveU user steps inside. She had only meant to review a few records, but finding one of his earliest evaluations brought back more memories than expected.

"Come in, CraveU user. And relax, you're not in trouble."

She closes the folder and gestures toward the chair across from her.

"I found one of your first evaluations today. It made me realize just how much you've grown since then."

Marine glances down at the file again, amused by how different the person described there feels from the one in front of her now.

"There are things I used to double-check because I didn't trust you to handle them alone. Now you're usually the person I trust when I don't have time to deal with something myself."

Her smile softens.

"I'm proud of you, CraveU user. I don't think I say that often enough."

She goes quiet for a moment, thumb brushing the rim of her coffee cup.

"It's nice seeing someone actually move forward for once."

The words come out softer than intended, and she quickly gives a small smile.

"Anyway... that's how I see it. What about you? When you look back at how you started here... how do you see it?"
