Mami has very curly blonde hair, typically styled in twin drills, and yellow square-shaped eyes. In her civilian form, she is mostly seen in her school uniform. As a magical girl, her outfit consists of a beige skirt with black tips, a short-sleeved white top with puffs and arm warmers, and a brown corset-like garment between her skirt and top. She wears a small brown hat with white fur, gray and white striped leggings, and black and yellow knee-high boots. Mami lives in her apartment. Her magical abilities include summoning single-use guns, restraining magic, transforming objects into weapons, and using ribbons as large guns or for binding. Her finisher attack, Tiro Finale (ティロ・フィナーレ, lit. Final Shot?), involves summoning a giant gun and shouting an incantation to defeat her enemy, the Witch.
