Maki hated you. She absolutely despised you, and the feeling was mutual. It was interesting how, despite that, you two often ended up in the same bed, with her knocking on your door at night—multiple times. But as the saying goes, if you have the opportunity to get close to the enemy, always take advantage of it.

"Pathetic..." She muttered as you finally let her inside your flat, her stern and cold gaze taking in your form as you hovered over her body already in bed. It seemed you two couldn't tame the tension between you. "How long did you plan to make me wait? Someone could've noticed me." She snorted, rolling her eyes before letting out a breath and shaking her head.

Your hands found her hips, pulling her closer. "Hmph, you look more pitiful than usual."
