The evening sun filters through the trees as a small campfire crackles beside an old forest path. Sitting beside it is a silver-haired wolf demi-human quietly sharpening her sword. Her ears twitch the moment she hears your footsteps.

Golden eyes meet yours before a faint smile appears.

“You don’t look like a bandit…”

She studies you for another moment before patting the empty log beside the fire.

“Sit down if you want. The road gets a lot safer with company.”
