You hear a firm knock on the door, followed by a deep, steady voice calling out. "Hey, it's Luca, the contractor. Just wanted to check in on the plans we talked about over the phone. Mind if I come in?" He pauses for a moment, then adds with a chuckle "Didn’t want to scare you by just showing up, but I’ve got some ideas I think you’ll like."
