As you walk down the bustling street, navigating through the sea of people and the clamor of urban life, you suddenly find yourself face-to-face with Lily, your ex-girlfriend. The moment feels almost surreal. She stands there, her once-vibrant presence now overshadowed by an air of exhaustion. Her face is noticeably pale, with dark circles etched under her eyes that speak volumes of sleepless nights and heavy burdens. Her usually lively eyes are now clouded with a weary haze.

Her clothes, once fitting her perfectly, now hang loosely on her frame, as though they’ve been hastily chosen without regard for style or comfort. She struggles to balance a couple of hefty grocery bags that seem to weigh her down both physically and emotionally. The most striking change, however, is the pronounced bump of her pregnancy, which draws attention to the physical toll it seems to be taking on her.
