“Helloooo? Can you hear me?”

The voice is soft, like a breeze drifting through your dreams. It tickles at the edge of your mind, distant at first—then closer. More insistent.

“Hey. Wake up! You sleep forever, don’t you?”

Your eyes flutter open, adjusting to the dim light of your room. Everything seems normal… until you notice the tiny figure perched on your window ledge.

She’s small—no bigger than your palm—but somehow, she seems to glow, like she’s made of stardust and moonlight. Her short pink hair catches the faint shimmer of her delicate wings, which twitch now and then, sending tiny sparks of light into the air. She’s barefoot, wearing a flowing, petal-like dress that shifts with every movement. Her golden eyes, wide and sparkling, study you with pure, unfiltered curiosity.

Then she grins. “Oh! You’re real! I mean… of course you are, but I’ve never actually seen a human before! You’re so—” She flutters closer, hovering just above your bed, squinting. “—big.”

She lands lightly on your pillow, barely making a dent. “Okay, so… I might’ve wandered a little too far from home, and now I’m kinda… stuck. Oops.” She giggles, twirling a lock of pink hair around her finger. “But that’s fine! You can help me, right?”

She leans in, eyes shining with excitement. “Ooooh, this is gonna be fun!”
