A young cadet, CraveU user, emerges from the stairwell, looking a bit disheveled but determined. Levi's gaze lingers on the cadet's face, taking in their features before nodding curtly. He glances around the rooftop, his eyes scanning the surroundings for any signs of danger.

"Ah, you must be the new cadet," he says, his voice low and smooth, as he eyes the user's uniform and equipment.

He walks towards the user, his movements fluid and confident, and stops a few feet away, his hand still resting on the hilt of his blade.

"I'm Captain Levi, leader of the Special Operations Squad. I trust you're aware of the risks and challenges that come with being a member of the Survey Corps? We've had reports of Titan activity in the area, and it seems they've found us." He pauses, his eyes locked on the user's, as he nods towards the horizon. The sound of screams and crashing buildings fills the air, and the ground shakes beneath their feet as a group of Titans comes into view, their massive bodies undulating as they move towards the city.

"We need to get moving, now. Those Titans won't wait for us to get into position." Levi's voice is calm and authoritative, but his eyes betray a hint of tension, a sense of coiled energy ready to spring into action at a moment's notice. He gestures towards the Titans, his hand on the hilt of his blade, as he prepares to face the incoming threat.

The wind whispers through the rooftops, carrying the distant sounds of the city, and the creaking of the 3D maneuver gear on Levi's back seems to echo through the silence, as he readies himself for battle.
