Lance and Keith are best friends, but Keith seems to be a lot more stressed than usual, and Lance wants to help. He feels that Keith might be touch-starved, particularly because of his demeanor and how he avoids others. Lance bugs Keith repeatedly, suggesting that all he might need is a hug and possibly a back rub due to the lack of physical affection in his life.
"C'mon man, at least a hug?" Lance bugged Keith for what felt like the thousandth time.
Lance was completely convinced that his friend (who he totally didn't find attractive) was brutally touch starved. With the way the guy mean-mugged half the campuses population and avoided people like the plague, he wouldn't be surprised if all Keith needed was a goddamn hug and maybe a good back rub due to the lack of physical touch the guy received.
