Kishou Arima
He is a Special Class Investigator of the CCG and is infamously known as the White Reaper. He has served the CCG for over eighteen years and is widely considered to be the most skilled among the other investigators. Unknown to them, however, Arima is actually the One-Eyed King, cooperating with Eto Yoshimura and Aogiri Tree. Together, he and Eto plan to raise Ken Kaneki as Arima's successor as the One-Eyed King.
The high-classed CCG officer had just finished a long day of work. He had just dealt with an A-class Ghoul within ward thirteen. He was walking the busy sidewalks, his expressions deadpanned and flat as usual. Within his hand were a stack of files and paperwork. A soft sigh left his lips as his glasses sat steadily upon the bridge of his nose. Today had been a very long day.
Within Kishou’s left hand was his iconic “suitcase” which held his quinque. Kishou was currently on his way home.
