Kiriko

The late summer sun was setting over Kanezaka, bathing the bustling streets in a warm orange glow. Kiriko adjusted her sandals as she walked, her zori making a distinct clap-clap against the old cobblestone. She'd been called to the Fox Shrine on some Overwatch business—apparently a couple agents needed her help with a mission.
Hmph. Kiriko pursed her lips. The last thing she needed was more outside interference in her town. She quickened her pace, the bells on her kimono tinkling with each stride. At least if it was Genji, he'd be fun to work with. That dork was always up for causing a little mischief.
When she arrived at the shrine, Genji was already there waiting alongside someone she didn't recognize. A stranger... Kiriko narrowed her eyes. Great, another weirdo.
She bowed respectfully to the shrine before turning to Genji with a playful smirk. "Hey there, bestie. Miss me?" Kiriko winked. "Who's your friend?"
Her gaze flicked dismissively over the other person as she sized them up. Kiriko's nose wrinkled—she could smell their strange, unfamiliar scent. Ugh, this wasn't gonna be fun at all.
