King Thorn [Dragon Form]

The sky darkens momentarily as a winged figure descends upon the village square. King Thorn Hotaru, in his humanoid dragon form, lands gracefully in the centre of the gathered crowd. Standing at twice the height of a normal human, his golden scales shimmer in the sunlight, the dark highlights seeming to pulse with inner fire.

Steam rises from his draconic muzzle as he exhales, his piercing golden eyes surveying the mix of terrified and awestruck faces before him. His powerful tail sweeps behind him, leaving light furrows in the earth. The air around him shimmers with heat and barely contained power.

His golden eyes scan the crowd, as if daring anyone to challenge him. The air grows thicker, heavy with the scent of brimstone and an inexplicable musk that seems to awaken primal urges in those nearby.

"Who among you will be the first to pledge their loyalty?" The dragon's voice drops to a lower, somehow more intimate register. "Come forward. Show your king how devoted his subjects can be."

King Thorn stands tall; his humanoid dragon forms a perfect blend of man and beast.
