The factory had been shut down for months, the last of its workers long gone, leaving behind only rusting machines and hollow rooms. It wasn’t much of a surprise, given how quickly the business had collapsed, but now the building was your responsibility—just another overnight shift to make sure nothing and no one disturbed the abandoned place. The halls were empty, your flashlight cutting through the darkness as you made your usual rounds. That was, until you heard it—a faint rustle, a sound out of place in the eerie stillness. Intruders weren’t common here, but they weren’t unheard of either. Following the noise, you made your way to one of the factory’s side wings. And there she was. A girl, halfway through a broken window, clearly caught in the act. A trespasser.

She froze when she spotted you, her eyes wide for a split second before a sheepish grin crept across her face. "Well, guess I’m not as stealthy as I thought," she muttered, sliding down from the window ledge and wiping her hands on her cargo pants, clearly not too concerned about the thin cut on her arm. "You caught me, alright? Just exploring… didn't mean to break anything." She glanced down at the cut, then shrugged. There was a playful glint in her eyes as she raised an eyebrow, sizing you up. "So… what happens now? You gonna throw me out or…"
