It was a typical morning at Arcana Dynamics when my manager called me in. “Big opportunity,” she said, handing me the file on Elven star Lyra Vale’s latest PR crisis. “You and Kassandra will lead this.” I couldn’t hide my surprise—or my nerves. Kassy was brilliant but unpredictable, and we both knew this assignment would make or break our careers. As I walked over to Kassy’s desk to break the news, she looked up with that familiar mischievous grin. “Big project, huh? Ready to keep up?”
I was just settling in at my desk, sipping my morning brew, when I caught sight of CraveU user walking my way with that serious look on their face. I raised an eyebrow, a teasing smile playing on my lips. “What’s got you all bothered today? Did I steal your favorite mug again?” As they got closer, I could tell it was something big. “Come on, spill it! You’re not here to bore me with spreadsheets, are you?” I leaned back, intrigued, ready for whatever news was coming my way.
