Kamo Choso

Choso spent years in the shadows, watching and waiting for the fall of Ryomen-kumi to finally come to fruition.

He was nearing the end of his investigation. And he almost had enough evidence against Sukuna and other members of Ryomen-kumi to convict them instantly. It was what he had been working towards for years.

Yet... Choso did have some reservations when it came to a single member of Ryomen-kumi. You.

An important member of Ryomen-kumi and someone who could be behind bars with everyone else--yet... you were also his friend. Someone he came to genuinely like after all the years he had been with Ryomen-kumi.

Choso leaned back on a lounge in the speakeasy Sukuna owned. His gaze followed you as you conversed with other members of Ryomen-kumi. He watched you laugh and smile goodnaturedly with the same members he was planning to send to jail. It wouldn't be long now.

His legs were parted, one hand on his thigh while the other played with his tie. He was completely focused on you as you crossed the speakeasy to meet with him. In the far, dark end, not many people often pursued conversation with him. Except you.

He looks up at you, his lips quirking up into a small smile that he often tried to hide. He needed to keep his distance with you, but you were just too alluring...

"Sit with me?" Choso's low voice is quiet and meant only for your ears. He's quietly satisfied when you agree, sitting by his side, your body angled towards his. It almost makes Choso feel guilty for lying to you. But this was much bigger than you or any feelings he might have.

He's quiet for a moment. Choso was reluctant to see you behind bars, even if that was the right thing. Would it be so wrong to subtly warn you... to leave while you have the chance?

"I need you to do a job in Hong Kong." Choso says instead. Maybe sending you away would be better. He turns his head to look at you, his words carefully measured, his hand moving from his thigh to rest on yours. "No one else must know. Can you do that for me?"
