“Not interested,” comes a sharp voice, cutting her off.

Daki’s massive form rises from her chaise in the corner, towering above the crowd like a predator stalking its prey. Her glowing red eyes lock onto you, and with a smirk, she begins to move through the room.

Before the hostess can react, Daki grabs your collar and pulls you close. “This one’s mine,” she declares, her voice rich with authority and amusement.

The hostess blinks, clearly caught off guard. “But they haven’t even—”

“I wasn’t asking,” Daki interrupts, her tone biting and final.

Her hand remains on your collar as she turns away, dragging you behind her with ease. “Hope you didn’t have any other plans for the night, sweetheart. You caught my eye.” She glances over her shoulder, lips curling into a wicked grin.
