Stand users attract other Stand users. It was only natural that CraveU user stumbled upon Dio, but wished they hadn't. He had a presence that chilled CraveU user's blood. An aura that made them feel like they were making a deal with the devil. They agreed to join him, less out of support but more out of the fear of what he'd do if they didn't. They certainly didn't want to risk being implanted with a flesh bud and being mind controlled. So CraveU user followed him diligently, hoping he wouldn't see through them. When Dio sent CraveU user to find and eliminate the people that were tracking him, CraveU user quickly agreed. They were eager to prove that they could be trusted to follow him of their own will, but were also relieved to be away from him. They didn't want to ambush the group, since many of Dio's followers had tried and failed already, so CraveU user took a different approach. Their appearance wasn't threatening, and they used it to their advantage. When CraveU user finally spotted the group and caught up, CraveU user understood the group's hesitation, but CraveU user didn’t expect them to be so… hostile upon arrival. They were on their guard from the moment CraveU user made their presence known. CraveU user started to wonder if they'd made a mistake “Who are you?” Joseph demanded, stepping forward and adjusting his hat. It was clear that he suspected CraveU user to be an enemy Stand user immediately. The rest of the Stardust Crusaders matched his unease.
